The hotel was fairly clean, fabulous, had very courteous staff who has a lovely friendly welcoming manner. Really enjoyed the royal-style building and perfectly clean and functional room with full amenities.

Loved my VERY GOOD stay for 3 nights. The breakfast offered was marvellous with lokal foods. It was in a perfect and amazing location just next door to livingstone, Botswana or Zimbabwe. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.
The hotel staff was not very welcoming.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the falls from both zambia, gardens and giraffes walking aroud the drive, and both zambia and from zimbabwe.

Overall had perfect 10/10 stay for a really wonderful vacation. Comforts of recently refurbished and air-conditioned room with a lovely view of the poolside were fabulous.

The room was air conditioned, high quality, the bed was big. The hotel's location was incredible and beautiful, not far from the falls on the Zimbabwe side, the pool's bar/restaurant, and the wildlife wandering through the grounds. The food at the indoor restaurant was exceptional.
Couldn't stay longer.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a stunning location, surrounded by wildlife and just a short walk from the breathtaking Victoria Falls. The hotel had a relaxed and authentic African ambiance, which I loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The swimming pool was of a good size and perfect for a refreshing dip. I also enjoyed seeing zebras and impala wandering around the grounds, although the baboons were less appealing. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with fantastic service.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
